EU Trade & Investment Mission 2012

Countries: Czech Republic and Poland

Date: 15 to 21 April 2012

Focus sector: Green Technology – Waste Management and Recycling  Models and Technologies

Partners: EUMCCI is collaborating with both MIDA and MATRADE

Objective:

  1. Trade & Investment Missions – to develop business contacts and network with foreign officials, business leaders and international buyers
  2. The specialized marketing sessions within the Trade & Investment Missions – to focus on individual business meetings between the Malaysian delegation and local businessmen in Europe, briefings on the business opportunities and visits to related business organization  and companies

Aims and targets:

  1. Familiarise Malaysian stakeholders and companies with European technologies and potential partners and to attract investment from Europe into Malaysia; and
  2. To allow Malaysians participating in the said Missions to showcase their expertise, potential products and services that contribute to the export trade to a targeted audience in Europe to enhance trade and investment between EU and Malaysia.
